850 Ionstorm Static Eliminator /FRASER

The 3850 Ionstorm system operates without the need for separate compressed air (Air Assistance) Effectively eliminates static electricity even at long distances ranging from 200 mm to over 1,000 mmThis is a long-range static elimination system.

Powered by the 3700-SC Ionstorm Controller, the Ionstorm static elimination bar is available in the following two versions:.

• 3850-SC (Standard) – With a discharge needle spacing of 125 mm, it is suitable for eliminating static electricity over a wide area
• 3850-HP-SC (High Power) – A high-power model with a discharge needle spacing of 75 mm, suitable for most industrial static elimination processes

The 3850 Ionstorm system allows you to manually adjust settings on the controller, enabling you to optimize the installation distance, polarity, and ion generation voltage (up to 15 kV) to suit your process conditions.

• Features a replaceable tungsten discharge needle with a safe design that eliminates the risk of electric shock, ensuring an exceptionally long service life
• The positive (+) and negative (-) discharge electrodes are separated by a unique double-wall structure to prevent electrical leakage through the surface (surface conduction).
• You can check the system's operating status via the controller's LED
• Provides a separate remote output signal for PLC connection or to drive external indicator lights and relays

Options

• Multiple ionizer bars can be connected in series for use
• 3850-SC Connector Box (2:1 or 4:1) – A single 3700-SC Controller can drive multiple ionizer bars within the maximum allowable load range.
