4900 Roto-Clean / FRASER

The 4900 Roto-Clean is a cleaning device designed to combine a high-performance circular ionizer with a high-speed rotating air jet to very effectively remove dust and foreign matter from industrial parts.

Two air-driven jets rotate up to 60 times per second, spraying ionized air in a 360° pattern across the entire product. This process generates a pulsed air hammer effect at a rate of up to 240 pulses per second, powerfully removing dust and foreign particles from the surface while neutralizing the static electricity that attracts them.
