3014 Static Eliminator / FRASER Short-Range DC Bar

The 3014 is a 24 V DC static elimination ionizer that sets a new standard in terms of performance and size. Featuring proprietary Field Overlap technology and fully molded, built-in electronics, it delivers best-in-class static elimination performance even in a highly compact design.

• Operating range: 20–150 mm
• Powerful ion generation with a 20 mm emitter pitch
• It features a tungsten discharge needle for an exceptionally long service life and operates safely without the risk of electric shock thanks to its resistive coupling design.
• It operates on a 24 V DC power supply, and a high-voltage power circuit for ion generation (7.5 kV) is integrated inside the bar.
• You can check the operating status of the ionizer bar and whether it needs cleaning via the LED indicator.
• Provides a separate remote output signal for PLC connection or to drive external indicator lights and relays
• Supports remote ON/OFF control

The 3014 Anti-Static Ionizer was developed as a high-performance product to replace conventional AC-powered anti-static bars designed for short-range use, and is currently widely used across various industrial sectors.
