Category CEIA

The CEIA THS/TT metal detector is designed for operation on high-speed production lines and can detect all magnetic and non-magnetic metals, including high-resistance stainless steel. The system consists of an electronic control unit and an antenna that is installed in the path of travel of the product to be inspected.

The advanced antenna design, made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, provides high stability, excellent interference immunity, and exceptional reliability.

Digital signal processing (DSP) processing of the metal detector antenna signal enables very high levels of detection sensitivity for all metals.

Microcomputer control and full programmability simplify installation and, in certain applications, provide the ability to operate as a production line control unit with the appropriate sensors and actuators.
