HP50-ION Power Unit/FRASER [A.C. Power Monitoring]

The HP50-ION is part of a line of high-performance power units designed to supply the high voltage required for ion generation in Fraser’s various AC-based static elimination ionizers.

The HP50-ION features Iontis Performance Monitoring SystemThis feature allows users to monitor the operating status and performance of the static elimination system in real time.

The HP50-ION (Part No. 3111) is designed to accommodate up to four Fraser static-dissipating ionizers and supplies a high voltage of 6 kV for ion generation. Additionally, Fraser EX-1250 Explosion-Proof Static Elimination IonizerIt can also be used as a power supply. A 2-meter IEC power cable is included as standard.

• Provides advanced monitoring capabilities that allow you to check and control the operating status of the static elimination system both on-site and remotely
• It complies with international safety standards and automatically cuts off the high-voltage output in the event of a short circuit in the anti-static ionizer.
• Economical operation thanks to low power consumption (typically about 30 W)
• The LED display on the Power Unit allows you to check the status of the ionizer bar, whether it needs cleaning, the level of static electricity in the material, whether the power is on, whether the high voltage is normal, and the alarm status in the event of a malfunction.
