3024F Static Eliminator / FRASER (High-Speed Static Elimination Bar)

The 3024F is the ideal static-dissipating ionizer for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). It features a compact design with built-in electronic circuitry and delivers extremely powerful static-dissipating performance while operating on a 24 V DC power supply.

It has been tested in high-speed environments of up to 1,300 m/min and provides the powerful close-range static elimination performance required for high-performance industrial equipment.

• Operating range: 25–150 mm
• Powerful ion generation with a 25 mm emitter pitch
• It features a tungsten discharge needle for an exceptionally long service life and operates safely without the risk of electric shock thanks to its resistive coupling design.
• There is no "dead zone," so static electricity can be neutralized along the entire length of the ionizer bar.
• It operates on a 24 V DC power supply, and a 11 kV high-voltage circuit for ion generation is integrated inside the bar.
• The operating status of the ionizer bar can be checked via the LED, and remote output signals are provided for PLC connection or to drive external indicator lights and relays.
• Supports remote ON/OFF control
