3024 Ultra-Compact Static Eliminator /FRASER

The 3024 Ultra-Compact is a 24 V DC ultra-compact static eliminator designed for close-range use, making it the ideal ionizer for locations with very limited installation space.

It features powerful static elimination performance, a compact size, and easy installation, making it ideal for removing static electricity from industrial equipment that requires high performance at close range.

• Operating range: 20–150 mm
• All electronic circuits are molded inside the main unit, providing excellent protection and high reliability.
• Features a tungsten discharge needle with a resistive coupling design, providing a safe structure with no risk of electric shock and a long service life
• You can check the operating status and whether the ionizer bar needs cleaning via the LED on the electrode unit.
• Provides a separate remote output signal for PLC connection or to drive external indicator lights and relays
• Supports remote ON/OFF control and standby mode
• When selecting PU cable options, they are suitable for a wide range of robot arm applications

• When used with a flat nozzle, it can be used for cleaning products and for static elimination over longer distances.
